O2 sensor fitment

Anyone know if O2's from a 00 5.4L are the same and will fit a 99 5.4L. I have what I know to be originals (124k on the exhaust) on the truck. Have a set of 00's with low miles. Wondering if I can throw them on there.

Reason I ask, while searching to purchase some they normally show 00 and up, or 99 by itself, doesn't make sense though.

My truck is a 99 but the motor is out of a 00.. and the exhaust is original (99). I'm going to guess they should be the same.

Hello.

Best way I know of is to check Rock Auto - if an expert isn't handily available.

Look like fronts ( upstream) are different - newer, faster sensor(?); downstreams the same:

1999

BOSCH Part # 15716 {OE Type - Exact Fit}
Upstream; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles

$36.79 $0.00 $36.79

BOSCH Part # 15717 {OE Type - Exact Fit #13133}
Downstream; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles

$36.79 $0.00 $36.79

2000

BOSCH Part # 15664 {OE Type - Exact Fit}
Upstream; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles

$59.79 $0.00 $59.79

BOSCH Part # 15717 {OE Type - Exact Fit #13133}
Downstream; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles

$36.79 $0.00 $36.79

Hope this helps. Good prices, no?

Thanks for the help. The truck is a 99, motor that is installed is from a 00. So I would probably have to replace them with 99 part number? Since thats what its running on now. Running just fine with no CELs since the swap. AT that price ill probably just grab some since these are old.
