Its all good fellas. I was just throwing my .02 cents in there. Like I said, you can make it work fine. IMO straight through the dealer would be the best way to get a smooth upper pad if you are buying it new. Either them or LMC, but LMC is a killer on their shipping prices. I bought some darn bumper clips for a upper pad that cost 10 bucks to start with and then its 8 to ship them . Thats alot for something weighing in at less than the box they put them in for shipping.

Take a look on Ebay, might find a good deal now and then.

(Projector-Halo-LED)
I don't know if your into the EURO look but I got these for 80$ and 80$ for shipping to Canada from the US. . They are not HID but you can find them on there that are for about 150$. . The only problem I found with these are that the projectors are the lights that run when turned on and the actual headlamps are only HIGH/Daytime. Currently have to find time to rewire them so both run at the same time.

As to your post above, I had the exact lights as you before I switched to my current head lights. And I will only be replacing my honeycomb grill for a Lightning grill.

But thanks for your suggestions though!

Edward, I'm still feelin' the first one the most. I think the all PTM front end makes the headlights seem out of place.

And the "GTR" look would only fit with a 2-tone hood.

1st one FTW

last idea is great, but there are no body lines for the paint to follow, it would look kind of weird

There is a crease in the valance, so it wouldn't look too weird. It also doesn't need a painted hood to make it work imo because it matches the grille. But I still like the first one too. The all-ptm looks good too.

Would you prefer the ones you have now over the lights I have on mine?
Cause Im kinda 50 50 on if I like these or not.

I would love to do it, but it will get costly having to repaint the lower valance every so often due to rock chips...So it will be getting sprayed with bed liner.

I guess I need to update this thread. I picked up a few goodies over the weekend, but pics will have to wait until later this evening. As I need to clean the bumper up.
