98 3 door jack location

I've searched the forums for the location on my 98 f150 Lariat 3 door. It is not under the hood though the jack handle is. It is not under the rear seat. There is a piece of metal under the front passenger seat and a threaded stud just under the front of the seat. Is that where it is supposed to be? How about the lug wrench?
I do have what looks to be a stock screw jack, one I've had for years

In the meantime, I have a case located under the rear seat that contains a set of jumper cables, a hydraulic jack, a collapsible wheel block, a telescoping lug wrench with a dual size socket and a pair of gloves.
The lug wrench looks like this and the only complaint I have about it is the handle won't lock into position. An eccentric/twist lock would be great.

Thank you sir. I guess I'll junk yard hunt when I get a chance and pick up the bracket and stock lug wrench, just to have the stock stuff since I'll be keeping the present kit I have.
