weird noise...much money spent no fix yet any advice?

Every time I am at a stop and mash on the gas there is a thumping noise and I feel the thumping or pounding coming from around the t-case trans area. I replaced the drive shaft and u-joints due to other problems. I have replaced the the trans mount. I cant think of what else it could be besides maybe motor mounts. Is there a cross member for the t-case that went missing after I had the lift installed?I dont know what else to do. Can anyone give any advice? Thank you all.

What kind of lift do you have? Did it star happening right after the lift was installed?

Maybe a loose exhaust? Bad hanger allowing it to bump something underneath?

Well I found the problem...the motor mounts are bad. I had a friend place the truck in gear and hold the brake and mash the gas and both mounts moved about an inch! I have reason to believe this is due to the way had to pull my friends tacoma out of the mud several times. Thanks to everyone who gave advice and I hope everyone has a great day!
