ya i used to go out there quite a bit..its not too bad, just sit around and b/s with people. It kills time and its free lol.

and I'm pretty sure my rear end is going out...maybe my ujoints too. My pinion angle is slightly off so my driveline vibrates some at certain speeds, and I think that trashed my front pinion seal and maybe the ujoints. Im thinkin about parkin the truck for awhile and redoing a few things and buyin some new parts.

So far im thinking: different pinion shims, custom length driveshaft freshly built and balanced, replace pinion seal and any other worn out parts in the rear end (i may just build it...), need to section my transmission crossmember and get shorter shocks and/or make some shock extenders.

Mine used to do that too.. come to find out my driveshaft wasnt long enough. Spacer ftw.. you may have the opposite effect?

travis find a cheap 9.75 and ill buy it then you put 4.56 in it and you can have my 8.8 with 4.56

I second this but il take the 8.8 and il give you my stock axle with 3.55 LS

you may be right brad..

btw I put some loctite on the driveshaft bolts and tightened the chit out of them and now i dont get as much of a vibration. But ive been too busy to take off the diff cover so i hope my gears are still ok lol.

lol nah. im gettin a good hookup on a lightning 9.75 and dshaft. that works for me

heres a pic of a trophy I got at a show last month.



its a "top fifty trophy", but the weekend of the show it rained almost the whole time so by the time awards came around there was probably only 30-40 trucks....ha.

i basically bought the thing, 30 bucks for a weekend wristband to the show...

ALSO i was really pissed at the show cus some bean had a lower static dropped truck than me lol...it was a chevy of course and had way smaller wheels than me.

.. 30 bucks that could have been better spent on craigslist hookers or going to hooters.

well...

last thurs i got a ticket for no front plate
friday i got pulled over for no front plate again
saturday i got pulled over for one of my headlights being dimmer than the other
then today i got pulled over again for no front plate lol

soo my truck has a front plate now
