the people who are helping me with my suspension lift don't want to mess with body lifts. they say they take way to much work to do.

They are easy on these trucks. It only takes a day to put one on.

Oh ok, what all do you have to do for a BL? Don't you have remove the interer to get to some of the bolts. also mess with the radater and my tow hitch would sit lower than the body?

Yes you have to remove the back seat. You don't have to mess with the radiator, just have a good pair of wire cutters to cut the tabs on the fan shroud. The hitch would sit lower, but if it sticks out too much for your liking you can always fab it up to sit flush again. A body lift is a simple install honestly, its just time consuming. If you have the cash, I'd say do both without a doubt though.

you wont have to do anythang for yer 12s except take the box out while u put the lift on ......them maybe add a little to yer power wire from the battery to yer amp if it doesnt have enought slack. everthing else to do with yer 12s will be alrite , cuz all u got it speaker wire , and yer rca's , and a remote wire.....

How did you manage to get 2 12s under the back seat?? Are they super shallow or what? What brand are they? I want to put subs under the back seat, but the only thing I can think of that would sound even remotely good would be a shallow 10.

Doing a body lift is a really good time to run wire under the carpet and all of that also. I re-ran all my wires along the floor of the cab when I did mine. No more wires under the little kick plates or anything like that.

For my 2 12's i had to get some bigger bolts for the seat and some spacers so the just barly clear and you know that bar under the middle of the seat well i grinded out the welding tags and it just popped right off. but the seat was really flimsy
