I am thinking about buying an 03 Supercrew. I would like a Harley but I wouldn't mind saving some money on the initial truck and buying an XLT but I don't know about the rear end and tranny that comes in the standard XLT.

Do any of the 2wd 150 XLTs come with the 4R100 trans and the 9.75 rear end or does it only come in the Lightning and the Harley?

im pretty certain,(not 100%positive) but you can only get that combo in a harley/lightning.. the 9.75 does come in all 5.4s though, just no 4R100 in a regular 150

 

i thought you could get it with a standard 5.4?? i will say, that even though some people dont like the 4r70w, it is pretty tough... i know of several that have taken a massive amount of abuse, and are still in great shape.
