New member, new truck! Pic in thread!

I still have tons I need to do. Front and back bumper, even out how the truck sits, etc.

I would like ideas, and also maybe price examples on what it would take to do those things.

I am wanting a custom hood but after that not sure what else to do. Can you drop a v8 in these? I hate my v6.

Would love feedback.

truck looks pretty good.. i assume when u say u want to "even it out" means lowering the rear end.. a set of drop shackles would cure that pretty well.. and you can pick em up on ebay for about 40 bucks..

sure you can swap a v8 into it.. will it be cheap or easy? prolly not.. unless you get a wrecked v8 and just swap everything over..

id say depending on howmuch or crazy you want to get: level the rear, billet grille, tinted windows, ptm lower valance; maybe even a 4x4 valance so you have fog lights, and probablly some lightning headlights and corners...

sharp looking truck, do you have auto or 5spd? 5spd V6s are more peppy then autos, but the 5spd makes it harder to do a V8 swap.

Grab some 2" drop shackles and a buddy and drop the rear down to match the front.

Welcome to F150online....Nice truck!!

You could change out the heads/corners to some Lightning or Harley setup....As far as hood, you could with something like I have, a Reflexxions Cowl Induction steel hood....Maybe PTM(Paint to match) the lower valance and some smooth bed caps

you should first fix your rear bumper ... then lower the rear to match the front and the other things people said above but why have such a nice looking truck with a f'ed up rear bumper ?

I'd leave the rear height alone.
Mine sits mostly level with the cap on and I actually which it was a little higher in the back because as soon as I put anything in the back it looks like it's sitting *** down......

Your truck looks great... Very clean... I would avoid trying to put a V-8 in her. It will cost way to much in time and money... Enjoy...

Truck looks great, and don't hate on the V6s. With a few mods they can get pretty peppy.

Truck is a standard. It has some decent get up and go, but I just hate the way v6s sound. I want it to sound meaan! lol. I added some performance dual exhaust to it and it sounds like a v8 at idle, but thats about it... Wheels are 22 inches.

As far as the back bumper goes, it used to be purty, but a stupid drunk driver messed that up lol.
