that not visible part will probably be the down fall to my tinted tail lights plan, don't imagine my parents want to have a high school driver with "invisible" brake lights. i understand em. the more i think of the clear idea the more i like. and yea, i know about the badges. i'm lookin them up too. whats your opinion on painting rims gunmetal? its cheap. but its nicer than stock i guess? whats your take.

 

your rims are too nice for that. i'd love to have some fx4 wheels. leave em like that haha.

well the smoked 3rd brake light (if done properly) is only unnoticeable when not illuminated. once you brake, it'll light up "out of nowhere" just as if it werent black to begin with

 

all right will do with the rims ha. and is it still not noticible on the two tail brake lights either? (sorry if that wasnt the proper choice of words there but i think you catch my drift ha)

 

I'm startin to feel carbon tail's anyways. I think it would tie in with the gray at teh bottom and the red stripe through the gray perfectly. Going for gray and red badges too im thinkin.

 

Well if you want 12" and you want your back seat, you will have to get shallow mount subs (more expensive and not as loud). If i was going to do my system again, I would just get 2 quality 10" subs. I have 2 12's, and they are very loud, but I lose 2 seats to have the required airspace for the subs.

 

I'm making a custom box that will fit some 12" regular subs. it's really a copy of "thejake1989"s box. id put a picture but idk if he would want that or not. look on his transformation thread if your curious as to their appearance

 

Lightning heads and tinted tails plus line of fire and nbs badges with inlays would easily round out your budget with the system including speakers.
