Unhappy Door Panel

I need help removing the driver door panel on my 2001 F150. My window is off the track and I need to get the panel off to fix it. I have power windows and locks.

im not sure about the power window/locks, but you need to pull off the sail that is on the front, its opposite of the mirror. just a tug will pull it off. then the larger piece that runs from the top of the window to the armrest. pull that off as well. there are two christmas tree clips you need to remove and then pull the panel vertically up and the hooks will release and it should come off

i also have an 01 and have removed mine tons of times

theres a screw under the little panel behind the interior handle

theres another screw under that long vertical panel beside the window

pull the switch panel from the door. its. just work it out gently and disconnect the switches.

once unscrewed pull straight up on the panel and it'll come off.

Just don't force the panel, plastic clips are unforgiving.
