Lightning Stock Rods and Pistons

I have a full set of Lightning rods and pistons, out of a 2003 with about 35k miles on them. Are these of any use to anyone? Do F150 guys use these to go forced induction? I know they are typically good for 450RWHP or so....

Same rods that are in any F-150!
The pistons are forged and lower compression then the regular F-150s

So you should be able to sell the pistons with no problem but the rods are crap.
