Yeah, I believe they made a higher up one, like a "special" edition Heritage. Looks like a Harley badge in the first pic.

the 2003 heritage edition was a special edition truck. but then when the NBS came out they still made some obs trucks in 04 sold as f150 heritage. (not edition) my family has owned 2 of them and the tailgate emblem says f150 heritage.

i got your back blueoval...for now

please, do your research before you start claiming you know what you are talking about. it is best to let everyone think you know nothing rather than open your mouth and prove them right. and it doesnt matter if your truck is an 03 or 04, the fact is it is NOT a Heritage model.

exactly, jake. Heritage models say Heritage on the badge and have full-amber corners.

I think its somewhere in the rules that if you are an arrogant minor who boasts about stupid crap, you get flamed for it. I should know, I invested in a fire-retardant suit from when I first joined a few years back. Now hes gladly sitting in the closet

BlueOval_Kid, I think its time to pass Frank onto you. He's in rough shape, 2007 certainly took a beating on him, but I mainly took pretty good care of him. Just PM me your shipping info and he's all yours.

soo much misinformation in one page!! All 2004 old body styles were called heritage trucks, because of the two different body styles available that year; much like there are 2007 Silverados and 2007 Silverado Classics (old body style, 07 model year). The pic of the truck above shows a 2003 Heritage Edition F150 (definitely NOT a harley ). They only made those in 2003 and were a limited production truck. Those are the only one with the "heritage" badges on the front fenders. The 2004s have a different heritage badge on the tailgate - not a special edition badge. All 2004 heritage trucks that I've seen have had the hideous amber corner lights. I'm guessing someone swapped the corner lights in favor of the 97-03 style.

I have a 2004 I believe it is referred to as a Heritage model not edition. Sometimes I wish I would have just bought an actual 2004 cause all the dang confusion about it. Whenever I get a part or anything I just tell them "its basically a 2003 f150" jeez its such a pain to drive a left over truck

Adactly. And the last part no. It was in a minor accident but messed up the passenger head light completely. We tried to get the Heritage but no one understood, so we got the 03's and threw them in.

P.S: First mod so far.
