Vehicle year? Model ?

There should be a book in the glove box that will direct you to the fuse related to your power windows.

If the fuse is okay and neither switch is functioning. Reboot your vehicle by disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes or so.

I had the same issue in a 98 model and to reboot, but check the fuse first.

Good Luck and welcome to the site. ( :

No I haven't had any luck and no feedback so its sitting in the garage i can't drive anywhere cause of the rain and its a lil cold all of sudden. I tried to disconnect the battery and i checked all of fuses and the circuit breaker under the hood so someone is still gonna come and troubleshoot for me. If I have no luck i guess i will be letting the dealer get in my pockets. i took a look at you truck its very nice.

Make sure you post back what the problem was. If all windows don't work, then it should be as you were already instructed. That book should direct you to what fuse/relay to check, -every one. Not sure what else it could be with both windows inoperable.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the windows working, but check the GEM fuse as well. Goofy things happen when that one goes lol. It's in that same book.

Best thing to do with fuses is check them all since you might not think it is linked but it is. I have dealt with a car that the securtiy system got activated when a fuse blow that you would have never geussed would have effected it.

Good Idea, this is true, you never know and it doesn't hurt, that's for sure
