smoking alittle at start up when cold

my 2001 f150 4.6 liter 4x4 126000 miles smokes alittle on start up (blue/grey)smoke when its cold and it doesnt do it during the summer, just when its cold im runniing pennzoil highmilage 5w30 cause i thought the high milage would help but it didnt. what could it be i think its the valve seal guides. is there any thing you can do with out replaceing the valve seals. is it any thing to worry about. the truck runs great very smooth

my money is on valve guide seals... i wouldnt worry about it to much but it typically means that youve got some age and wear on your engine.

yea i figured, ill probly just go up to 10w30 oil maybe that will help, thanks for your help

10w30's to thin, i'd use molasses... yea that'll fix it

haha yea u think 20w50 racin oil will help
