4" lift in the back 3" in the front........if its a 4wd just turn the t bars up and add leafs to the back, some lightning headlights and a different set of wheels would make a big difference also...
edit- tint your windows!

Snow? What's that.. It's 65* here during mid day. About 35* at night. One good thing about California.. About the only good thing actually....

As for the truck, I would say new headlights, maybe a level kit or a small lift, and definately tint the windows!

I remember it's a 2wd, i think he does have it leveled. Tires look great on it too!
I'm for more of a stock look....it's a truck, dents are expected.
That being said, i'd suggest you do the gotts mod intake if you haven't already, clean up the heads(which i need to do too), throttle body spacer, gears(since your 2wd, it shouldn't be outrageous $) etc. Then i guess you've already got your exhaust, is it full exhaust? You could get some LT's and/or x pipe if not.
Just some stuff so you can get a little more git-up out of it.

Tint the windows, lose the side molding, clean up the headlights and call it a day. Get some new wheels if you really feel like spending money, but I wouldn't say they're necessary.

Again, thanks for all the suggestions. Chip guards are gone, going to get some interior pics up later.

Well a throttle body spacer isn't going to be any outrageous gains on anything (hp, trq, mpg, etc.) But they're cheap as **** and it sure ain't gonna hurt anything.
