Grease U-Joints

I bought a u joint that has the grease fitting on one of the caps and I was wandering what kind of grease fitting do I need to have to fill it with grease (it is a flat "flush" fitting type.)

you need a grease needle. Its a piece that plugs onto the end of the grease gun and you gotta cram it against and push like a he bitch for it to take grease. Is it a "super strength" U joint.
