98 Heat only at windsheld?? Actuator??

Just completed installing a new heater core. Big Job but not over the top. Have been without heat for two year and it is great to have it but a little frustrating that only from top. Could I have missed a replug in the reinstall of the dash? Is there a fuse for the actuator? Can I take the actuator out without taking the dash out? The blendor looked good with no cracks. Any thoughts.

Still trying to figure this out. Do not think it is the blender. Anyone know how to locate these vaccuum lines?

your vacuum line might have came undone in the R&R of the heater core. When I did my engine swap had the same deal forgot to plug that one in. there is a split in the line in there make sure its connected.. right behind the battery..
