Raptor's 99+ Front End Swap
Yeah that gap is kinda funky... almost like you have a slight body lift or something. Is it a result of putting a newer grille on an older truck? Something to think about when I do the same swap...
yah i did the prep work for my valence on NT (red truck) and its alot of sanding. I think i started with 80 then did 120, 220, 400 (wet)
Its a ton of sanding, but it is do able

pat, did you do your by hand? i want to put one on so i can set the gap. i remember once you saying a long time ago about raising the bumper a bit to close the gap- thats one thing ill be sure to do
I found out the drivers side bracket is bent back a little (explains the dent i had to bondo out) so if i can grab one of those tomorrow it'll be cherry
now about this valance....

yeah it said: "Bumper- Valance/Trim: $4.99"
so i wonder if i go get a real valance they will let it go for $5?
