'03 Supercrew Headlights

When looking at the top of the headlight from the front of the truck, the outter screw adjust vertically, what does the inner screw adjust? I turn mine and nothing changes on the lights. I tried the same thing on a friend '02 and same as mine.

Also, is there any left/right adjustment on these years?

inboard screw adjusts the x-axis (horizontal plane) of the lights. the outermost two adjust the y-axis (vertical plane)

Thanks Raptor.

Any idea what would cause them both to not adjust on the x axis and also be the same thing on a whole nother truck?

what do you mean they wont adjust? take them out, and turn the little black things either left (they travel farther down the screw, thereby pushing your headlights outboard) or right (pulling the lights inboard, like cross-eyed)

I will try that, but I was using the adjusting tool and it doesn't adjust the x axis. I do plan to pull them out and see what is causing it not to turn. I shouldn't have to pull the headlight out to adjust.
