Morning folks....just a quick hello and question.....have a friend with a 2003 f150 with no heat to floor or very little and am trying to help him out as its minus 30 celcius up here and he's cold....have found the EATC sticky here and will follow those directions to try and fix...have replaced fan & resitor and after a google search have found my way here and the EATC sticky (good post)....guess my first question is where is the EATC located on a 2003 f150.....
second question is l see 2 o rings mentioned one @ 9/32 and another @.007.......which would be the right replacement for the EATC ?

Are you sure the flaps in the heater box are working right? ex: heat is not still coming from defroster or panel vent instead of floor
