Yes sir I know that but I was told the only way to get to it is to remove the dash is there a short cut to get to it?

Morris.. Go to the HVAC forum. I posted a link to a site that sells a reinforced blend door and they have a short cut (literally) to get to the door. Hope it helps. I am probably going to go that route sometime before the spring as mine is stuck in the heat position so no need to worry about it right now.
