Overhead Console

Lately the thermometer in my truck in the overhead console hasnt been workin anyone got any ideas what it could be

A bad thermometer?! Check to see if there's a fuse to the console that might be blown. Maybe check connections to make sure everything's tight too.

Patrick fixed Pam's (awalkinrain) by replacing the module. She found it on ebay. Took him about 5 minutes. I think she paid something like $60 for it.

Is it not working at all? I've seen some threads here in the past. Some have taken it apart and re-soldered some resistors, or replaced the temp sensor. But the best bet is to just search for a used\working one on ebay and install it.

im gonna pull it apart tomorrow and see what it looks like will post pics

there is a screw going upwards above the review mirror, and the back of the console just clips in, and needs a little tug to pull it down.
then unplug the display, and its bolted in with 4 screws
