Problem with 4x4 on 1997 F150

Problem with 4x4 on 1997 F150
Hi,
I drive a F150 and I have some problems with the 4x4.
I went to the local ford dealer here in Belgium and they say it's an electrical problem. They found the following fault codes: P1820,P1812,P1867 and P1876
He doesn't want to change from 2x4 to 4x4 at the beginning than he got in to 4x4 and now he stayes in there. I allready checked the switch he's ok.
iaw the wiring diagram I should get 12v on pin 3 at the switch this 12v should come from the GEM. Well this one I'm allready missing. Do I have to get there always 12v or could this 12v come from the vacuum solenoids?
Could someone help me on this problem?
