Got some new shoes! Pics

Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs...285/75/16.

Before:

After:

I will try and post some better pics tomorrow after I get it all washed up and maybe some tire shine on.

Thoughts: They are not too noisy, though it is my first A/T tire. They do rub either way at full lock pretty good, but I hardly go full lock so I dont see it that big of a deal. I did go get an alignment after I got them put on, and I got suckered into letting them put new lower ball joints on, which is OK though because the truck is 8 years old and they did look worn. The truck drives way better now, it just feels more solid.

My truck is leveled 1.5" with Daystar. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks. Ya rims would top it off, but this trucks just a daily till I get my 'vette. Trying not to dump too much money into it.

Hey Alex, the ball joints + alignment + labor, came out to about 350. I called Advance to get a price check on the joints, and they were just under 100, so another 60-70 for the alignment + labor and yea I got screwed. Brake Check did the work, I'm sure they would have charged me to get it off the lift anyway. Thats why I hate taking my vehicles anywhere!

I see you have these same rims, how do you clean them, mine look spotty/rusty.

4x4 wolf, yea they gave me a choice if I wanted white letters out or not, and I said no way.

oh alright! my front end is due for alot of work so i was just wondering. thanks

and the only cleaning ive ever had to do on mine is hard brake dust stuck on from before the previous owner. the automatic carwash usually takes care of them :o
