When I got my truck 3 weeks ago, it had one on. My trucks black so it fit and I liked it, but it was flimsy and sucked when you would try to close the hood. I think yours looks better with it off.

Definitely looks better without!

I had one and then I put on a hood just like yours and kept the bug-shield on for a wile. When I finally made up my mind to take it off I was surprised at how much better it looked.

Looks good with out it, especially with that hood. I've thought about taking mine off too. It's been on there for 7 years now so I'm sacred to see what it looks like under there.

Sweet, thanks guys. Yeah the only problem I had when it came off was I saw where it had rubbed on the paint at the corners and along the front a little now its just black.right under the hood and sticks out right away.

THanks for the liking of the hood. Wish it was functional though. Not sure where to get another one. Ill get some pics sometime soon hopefully. Got to work all weekend.

It does look better with it off. BUT it does serve a purpose you know. It redirects the airflow over the top of the truck or something and it catches bugs and stuff that can damage your hood. I originally didn't have one and the paint was starting to chip etc. so i bought one and although it doesn't look as good. I am satisfied.
