I have a 1997 F-150 4x4 Ext. Cab. The other day I had it at my local gas station to get a oild change. They call me and tell me we have your pick up done but we cant get it in gear. So I go down and we end up taking the #6 fuse oput and it will go in gear but i have no brake lights. So i ask a mechanic friend of mine and he says to replace the swith that is on the brake pedal. So i just did and put the fuse back in and No Dice! But when i remove the fuse it goes right in to gear.

Please Help!!!
