^^as much as I would normally hate gauges with any kind of graphics on them, I really like yours! I like how you made it your own. Much much better than the ones with the flame graphics
Love the tu tone interior btw

...to add: I think patman is the king of "special touches" with his patman grille and soon-to-be patman tail lights.

How exactly did you smooth out your bed caps? It looks pretty sharp. I miss my fully black 98, best color for that truck. I love my 01, but in white its pretty plain.
i used an air powered dual action sander and sanded the chit out of them lol

ill be doing this aswell im geusing this is going to be the best way to get them flat. I also thought about using a plainer that i used when doing wood work.

Then alittle body filler, primer and paint. Im doing this on all the textured plastic (bed caps, fender flares, rear window molding)

Thats what I thought, but I was a little worried about the plastic getting too hot while sanding and having it melt or distort. Nice work!

the bedcaps are a pretty soft plastic, and they dont really melt (i got mine pretty hot)
be careful using a plainer because the blade could dig pretty deep into the plastic pretty easily since its so soft

im slowly getting all my plastic smoothed and painted as well
