Lightbulb i'm retarded

well me being the idiot that i am was driving some back trails by myself and i got my truck stuck. its a 2000 f150 5.4 4x4 7700 series, and the water was really high(about 3in. from coming in the truck). so by the time i found someone to pull my retarded self out it was about 2 hours later. so my question is what do i do now? is there a way to check and see if water got into the tranny or my diffs? is there something else that i need to check?

thanks

It would be wise to change the fluids and repack the wheel bearings.

Check the fluids to see if they have lost viscousity.
