Alright so heres the problem my driver side door doesnt unlock from the outside but it does work because i can lock it from the inside using the powerlock. so my question is how do i get the door panel off and can anyone give me instructions on how to fix the lock i think something is just loose. Thanks in advance

 

the 98 door panel is easy to get off. if you take a pick i can show you exactly what needs to come off. basically it the plastic piece by the hinge at the top and the one that runs next to the window then there is a little circle which you take out using a flat head screw driver and there is a 7mm (i think) bolt that holds the handle on the door then i should slide up and off
