^x2 on the insulation stuff.

and from the bump of it, your going to start to hear things rattlin around. my back window trim on the inside rattles against my window. and it only gets louder as i turn it up.

try looking at mtx audio. they make some under the seat subs that still allow you to fold the seats down and use them. my box has two 8" subs and a 400 watt amp and it sounds pretty good.

I had a 99 Scab with two 10" JL's firing downward under the back seat. When I first put them in I got this really bad rattle any time I turned it up, I couldn't tell if it was coming from the inside or outside. Come to find out two quarters, a dime, and two pennies got stuck between the carpet and the floorboard. It drove me nuts until I finally found it.

I have two 10s under mine and have never had a rattle but I also don't get to turn it up very much anymore. However the car that I had them in rattled really bad, I was able to tighten some stuff up but never got it to go away.

I have 1 10 under the passenger side backseat and have this same rattle. Can't hear it inside the truck but if you turn it up and get out you can hear it on that side.

It also could be the cab vent between the cab and bed on the drivers side. It used to make a rattle sound on my screw when I turned it up.
