What are the differences in AAL for the 97-03 and 04-08?
Does the spring have a different shape? Or would the newer on just be wider and have different centering pin locations?
Only reason I ask is I found a set for the 04-08 for 40 and I'm a cheapo and would rather not by the new now

I think you are going to have a problem with the 04-08 model leaf springs being wider than ours. I believe ours are 2 and 1/4 inch wide, and the 04-08 are either 2 and 1/2 or 3inches wide. I can not remember for certain though, but I know there is a difference.
