reseating computer

I have 1998 f150 4.2L automatic 105000 I what to reseat my fuel system computer how do you do this I have serviced the fuel system and what to reseat it how todo it

Disconnect the battery and turn on the headlights for about 10 minutes.

you forgot to add that teh lights won't actually comeon witht eh battery disconnected but teh reason for turning the switch is to drain all memory from the ECM
