LED 3rd brake light or stock tinted
well, i was able to get my hands on another Lightning LED 3rd brake light. but now that i have it im not sure if i should install it on my scab or not. i spray tinted the stock one, so its blacked out, but i dont know if i should install the LED brake light or not. what do you guys think. i already did it on my lightning, so it's all good there. i just dont know if i should go through the trouble of installing it on my scab. just looking for opinions to sway me to one side of the fence or the other.

If you choose not to swap, I will gladly take it off your hands. (Not trying to sound like an A....)
I think on some trucks it works, others not. Maybe if you painted your window trim, the blacks would match better...

well, i actually did paint the trim. i tinted the lightning 3rd brake light (since my 99 came with the same one that is on my scab) and the one on my scab at the same time. but looking through my pics, that is the only pic i have of the end result. so in all actuality(sp?), both of those pics are of my lightning, lol....did that even make sense, lol.

And I kind of agree with blackedout. the matching curves of the stock just flow better with the trim.
Put the OEM lightning LED 3rd brake light...then to top it off get some LED tails and your set...
