I'm trying to sell them, and got a reply on craigslist, wondering if they would fit an 02 explorer, I doubt it, but was wondering if you all experts knew for sure or not before I tell this guy.

Tell the guy to measure how far it is between the wheel wells.
I think the stock running boards are a little over 6 foot long!
I was going to give mine to a friend with an older bronco.(full size) and they were way to long.
