Help!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so the guy down the street has a 98 F150 and for some time now the panic alarm has been going off all by itself. So it was ok for a while cuz it only would do it once in a while. But now all the time, this morning at 4am the thing was going off for like 10min before he got it turned off.
So do you guys know how to turn the thing off??????
He pulled a fuse and and he said the windows wouldn't work. I told him to unplug the horns but he said it would drain his batt.
So I am thinking there has got to be a relay or something to make the dam thing stop working. I posted this before and you guys said try new batts and stuff like that but nothing worked. And his truck is still honking all the time.

So the big Q is, how to turn off stock alarm, or whatever the hell it is...

Thanks

One thing to try, would be to spray WD40 in the door latch mechanism. These are kind of famous for loosing continuity at the latch switch.
If that is the problem, another indicator is, the dome light will stay on after the door is closed.
