Torsion bar ?

Torsion bar ?

Hey guys just had a question i was looking at cranking my torsion bars what does it mean when the passenger side is cranked all the way and the drivers side isnt but the drivers side is higher than the passenger does it mean i have a weak torsion bar on my passenger side. any help would be appreciated.

It could be. However it is not uncommon for the torsion bars to have different amounts of preload.

I didnt go the wrong way righty tighty lefty loosey. So when you take measure ments should be full of fuel. That would make since.

i don't think it would have to be full of fuel...just make sure u crank each one the same number of turns and you should be fine i think

I had the opposite happen with me when I cranked mine up, drivers side is maxed out while the passenger side still has quite a few threads left but using a tape measure it sets perfectly even.
