I say keep it real. You have an authentic 97', the first year of that body style.

i tried to make the 97/98 front end as cool as i could, but in the end the 99+ just looks soooo much better, here are some b4 n after

Well you'll need the mount brackets for the 99+ bumper, the 99+ bumper & valances, and the grill. Then paint or install, align and enjoy. I am still in the air over the swap myself, I like the look but the 97-98 isn't very common in my area, especially not customized. If your going for matching trucks BY ALL MEANS giv'r and gett'r done son! lol
