haha yeah at first I was like, neat, my truck has a Glide Slope antenna! Now all I need is a localizer and i can scream down the ILS in 4X4!

I'm really not sure what it's for now, I always thought it was for the keyless. Ideas?

lol.., but if it was for the keyless most of us would have it ( like me, I checked I was equipped with keyless at the dealer ).. Unless you have a different alarm rather than the stock one?

I bought one off one of the links that come up whenever "keyless entry" is in the header of a post on this board. Theres probably one on this page right now for anyone looking for one. Cost about $40 and it comes with programing instructions.

The weird antennas, could it be for the remote starter?

Easiset way to tell is to peak your head under the driver's side dash and you'll see a box with a 5 digit number on it (black and white sticker) If you have one of those, then you have remote entry. Pick up some remotes on ebay for $25, program them, and your set.
