2002 4x4 not leveled after kit?

Hey there. I am hoping someone can help me out. I have searched and searched and cannot really find anything about this - that explains what I need to do.

I installed a 2" leveling kit on my 2002 F150 4x4 about 6 months ago. I swear it has "settled" (unlike my 2007, which doesn't "settle") and now the rear is sagging about an inch?? I put the leveling kit on so I could put much beefier tires/wheels on it.

Anyway, what is my solution to lift the rear up? Since I am going to "fix it", I actually want to go up maybe 1/2" to 1" higher in the back than front. I really don't want the air-ride's either...

Blocks? Are they safe? I pull a heavy duty dual JetSki trailer with it. (heavier than normal). I know that is not much to pull, but I am just not sure how to solve this issue and be safe. The truck looks ridiculous!

Here is a picture of it from last summer. Heck, now that I look at this, I think it sagged from the beginning!

The t-bars will eventually lose their maximum elasticity. How much did you crank them? Or did you use keys?

Put an Add-a-leaf in the rear (aal) they will make the rear suspension stiffer
