High amperage Fuse Box and Electric Seat 2002 F150 XL

How do I unlatch the high amperage fuse box cover in the engine compartment on a 2002 F150 XL V6? Also, is this vehicle prewired to accommodate an update to OEM replacement electric seat?

There is a clip on the backside, and the lid flips up. However, the XL is not prewired for power seats, atleast not inside the cab. But, power seats are just two wires, unless you want memory or heat.
