Driver's side window issues...

I have a 2000 XLT and my driver side window has issues going up and/or down. Sometimes I have to help push it down and more aggravating is when I have to awkwardly help pull it. Really puts a damper on my Dunkin Donuts stops.
I'm assuming it's my motor getting tired but would be interested in any feedback.

Tracks need to be alaigned or lubricated.

I had to replace my cable. My windows have always been weird but one day my drivers side window just fell down out of no where... turns out the cable broke, cost me about $250 I think. So it could be that, or maybe the motor... I always figured it was the motor till i took my door off.
