Need more excellent F-150 content in your life? Here are five great builds/threads to satisfy those cravings.

If you’re a regular here at F-150 Online, you may already know about our brother site, Ford Truck Enthusiasts. While we obviously focus on the F-150 in particular, FTE covers every aspect of the Ford truck universe, from the Bronco and Ranger to the Expedition and Excursion. But FTE is also a great resource for fans of the legendary F-150, too.

The FTE forums are, in fact, chock full of awesome F-150 stories and builds. So we thought it would be prudent to sift through those countless threads and bring you five of our favorite recent ones. And if you want unfettered access to all that FTE has to offer, you can become a member (for free!) by heading over here!

Alaskan F-150 Project

Classic Ford F-150s are getting more and more expensive these days. But
Ford Truck Enthusiasts member and Alaskan resident S.Niekamp managed to score his solid ’78 for a mere two grand. He’s since done a ton of work to his truck, and we can’t wait to see how it turns out once it’s all said and done.

1984 Ford F-150

Flareside Bullnose Is a Blast from the Past

Remember when Flareside pickups were all the rage? Well,  FTE member Rembrant certainly remembers. And he’s currently rebuilding a very nice ’84 F-150 that’s sure to conjure up fond memories for a lot of us. This awesome truck was already in pretty good shape to begin with, so you can bet it won’t be long before it’s looking like new again!

Show Off Central

Do you own a 2000-2014 Ford F-150? Well, this is the place to show it off. Or maybe find some ideas for your next mod. Heck, you might even spot your own truck’s twin. This thread is 74 pages (and counting) of nothing but awesome 11th and 12th gen F-150s, and we’re constantly checking back in to see what our members have to show off!

1979 Ford F-150

Blast From the Past

FTE member 79 F-150 Stone has owned his beloved 1979 F-150 since 1992. It’s been a faithful workhorse ever since, but now he’s determined to bring it back to its former glory. And you can bet we’ll be watching, because this is one sweet truck to begin with.

Patience Pays Off

FTE member skyhawc had his eyes on this ’78 Ford F-150 for 25 years. That’s right, a quarter of a century! So when he finally got the chance to make it his own, he didn’t hesitate. And heck, we can’t blame him. After all, short bed, 4×4 ’78s don’t exactly grow on trees!
