Brian Schader F-350 Veteran Build

Artist Brian Schader honors veterans with his remarkable custom truck build and the non-profit he founded.

Ford Truck Enthusiasts profiled the work of one of their own forum members, Brian Schader. Schader talked about the work he does on behalf on our veterans and how he memorializes and honors the fallen men and women of the U.S. military with both his F-350 truck and his non-profit organization.

In addition to his monumental F-350 build, Schader founded a non-profit, Trees in Honor whose goal was to to create lovely and potent sculptures throughout the United States. These memorials, featuring one or more trees and dog tags, serve as reminders of those within the community who gave so very much with their service. Trees in Honor hopes that the art projects ultimately serve to educate, inspire, and bring communities together. With his great cause and powerful sculptures, Schader has made a powerful contribution, and begun an important conversation.

Trees in Honor

Schader is an artist who used his gift for design to craft and build a Ford F-350 that also serves as an important tribute to our troops and to Trees in Honor. Schader, a lifelong Ford truck driver, chose his daily drive as delivery truck. He made several modifications and then carefully designed the truck to reflect a tasteful and true tribute to our military, and the work done by Trees in Honor. The truck gets a lot of attention, and has appeared in parades, but Schader uses it everyday in his work.
