Blacked Out Raptor Camera Car Chases Ford Fusion

In my experience, I’ve found camera cars to be surprisingly cool. They’re almost always flat black (to reduce glare) and they are almost always fast. Trucks like the Ford Raptor tick all the requirements pretty well. In addition to being able to handle the extra weight from all the equipment, the Raptor has tons of torque and great handling characteristics. At the very least it’s able to hold its itself when chasing the Ford Fusion through the hills.

The video they’re shooting looks like it could be interesting; black raptor non-withstanding. Driving the Fusion is Top Gear USA star Tanner Foust. I think it’s a fairly safe to assume that this shoot will end up in a Top Gear episode in the near future.

Honestly, I’m more interested in the truck. That thing is bad-ass. I’ll guess I’ll just have to make do with the Raptor review they did on Top Gear USA. Trust me, I know that Top Gear USA doesn’t have the same kind of reputation the Clarkson and his boys bring, but they’re still pretty entertaining. It doesn’t hurt that Tanner Foust is a seriously skilled driver.
