Will the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R LT305/70R17 (33.8 in.) Fit on my Stock 05' F-150 2WD Reg Cab with a 2.5" leveling kit only? If they will, the recommended wheel is between 8" and 9.5"....will these go on my stock 7.5" wheels? If they will, what are the cons of doing so? Thanks again guys for the much appreciated help.

They will fit the rims. Usually running a tire on a narrower than recommended wheel will cause the center portion of the tread to wear slightly faster than normal. Similar to the wear you would get from running too much air pressure. However, I think you are gonna need more than 2.5 inches of lift to fit 305/70-17's on a 4x2.
