2004 5.4 3V Engine

I've read that the PCV is build into the drivers side valve cover and cannot be removed. I've also read it needs no service and the only part to replace is the part at the other end of the hose up on the intake that is heated (has wires going to it). I cannot readily find that part online 9F624. Has anyone worked on this on their truck? Mine is using about 2-3 quarts between changes and when I pull those hose off the top by the intake there is oil there that drips. Could all of this just be take off (top and valve cover) and cleaned? Do I even need to replace the valve cover? These are just some questions I have. If you've fixed yours, please post here. Thanks
