2011 F-150 5.0 reads misfire 7 and 8 stutters and knocks. Replaced spark plugs injectors on 5,6,7,8 ( son mixed em up) swapped coil packs around. Same reading. Separated wires to make sure and did compression tests on right bank. Any help would be grateful.

 

Are you sure you are working on the correct cylinders? 7 and 8 are the 2 closest to the firewall on the driver's side.

Misfire can be any number of things, most people go after plugs, but if could be air/fuel/ignition/compression

You need to properly diagnose the vehicle before you throw parts at it.

Get a spark tester, fuel pressure gauge, noid light, (you already did compression test)
