Fuel Line O-Ring Help

I'm replacing the fuel injectors and one had a torn o-ring so I bought a pack of 8 and replaced all of them as well as the o-ring on the fuel pressure sensor. I've noticed that the fuel line that delivers the fuel to the fuel rail has two o-rings on it. The inner one, the one that would go the farthest into the line once connected again is torn. I have an extra o-ring from the fuel injector pack and it fits the fuel line one but it is thicker in height compared to the torn one. Will that one still work or could I put the second o-ring from the fuel line in its place and the bigger o-ring would go on the outermost spot? Thanks for any advice, I need it quick cause this my daily driver for work on Monday!
