help, 2000 f150 4.6 installing into a 2000 Expo 5.4

Hello all, thank you in advance for taking the time to help me out.

Bought a super clean 2000 Expedition that had a 5.4 with a rod knock.
I eventually bought an engine out of a 2000 f150 with a 4.6, was told it would interchange.

I probably should have done my own homework before starting the swap.

I have the 4.6 already in, have exhaust bolted up ( after some modification to get it lined up)

Have the throttle body, fuel lines, ignition on etc. When i go to start it cranks over great, it just doesnt fire.

Any input on where i might start to look at and what other swap issues i may run into. Thanks again in advance for your help...

What is the THEFT light doing? Does it have fuel pressure? There's a Schrader valve on the fuel rail to test it, it should be at least 28 psi with the key on.
