Hi guys, I am getting ready to replace the coils in my 01screw 4x4, I have been reading a lot on the coils n here and other places. It seems that visteon was the Europe brand of ford parts without the motorcraft name. I have read about the cheaper coils that you can get for 60.00 a set(8) but then read ppl saying they replaced them here and there. I'm more than willing to spend the 200 shipped on quality coils to fix my truck. I just want to know if any of you guys have had issues with the Visteon coils (mine should be 60-1000, from what I see online). I put it here in the main section so more ppl will see it as I'm sure that more than just 97-03 owners have tried them.

Please et me know your reviews on them and others. I would prefer to know how long you have been using them with good results, VS I installed them last week.

that's what I used on my supercharged motor with NO issues....best bet for your money rather than spending extra for motorcraft

 

I've used them twice. there in my Vic and I installed them in my cousins truck. Both are working great.
